Upon recommendation of my neighbor, I chose to do business with Volpe. I received what I believe is a fair price for the work completed - a new roof, siding, gutters and fascia. They performed the work that they committed to in the contract, followed up after completion to make sure I was satisfied, and have again committed to some minor changes that we mutually agreed were required. The work is very well done. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. My thanks to Raul and Johnny for their excellent workmanship, and to Josh, Greg, Denise and Larry for making the project proceed as smoothly as possible.

Anthony came out on a Saturday on short notice to diagnose a roof leak. He found the issue promptly and implemented a short-term solution on the spot to prevent further interior water damage and ensure he had found the cause of the problem. Throughout his visit he was professional, courteous, communicative, and patiently answered all my questions. This was my first interaction with anyone from Volpe and he made a great first impression. I’ll definitely be using Volpe in the future.

We recently got some roof work done and the service was fantastic all around. Nick was very helpful from the sales side setting clear expectations and explaining everything. Greg with the roofing team was also great in continuous followup and clear communication. The roofing team did wonderful work in the heat as well and we are very happy with the finished job. I'd highly recommend Volpe for your next roof or siding project. They just finished my house up (roof, siding and gutters) and it looks awesome. They weren't the cheapest, but you don't want cheap or you get a cheap outcome... you want fair. I felt that Volpe was fair with their pricing and their quality/customer service was top notch. The team was great to work with and I've already given their number to a few neighbors who have commented on their work.Call Larry Angelucci (sales) and let him know you want Kevin Thompson (Siding) and Steve Zangari (Roofing) on your project. All 3 had great follow up. Larry was direct and supportive through the bid process, didn't oversell or add pressure but was able to answer every question and work with me for the right price/solution. Kevin and Steve both were extremely responsive during the projects through email, calls and texts. They kept me up to date with each step and worked really well with each other which was huge for making the project smooth for me. Can't recommend them enough.5 stars

Great communication throughout the project, the team met a deadline we didn't think was possible to meet, and Kevin went above and beyond with service. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. From start to finish it was professional handled. The project manager, Gregory, and his crew hit the ground running and removed and replaced our roof in one day. One VERY hot day ! My hats off to them all. Everyone that we worked with at Volpe was extremely professional and very responsive. The sales rep, Tim, took plenty of time to walk us through the options and answer all questions we had. Volpe Enterprises, a local company, was highly recommended by a friend and neighbor who used them to put on a new roof. We got a proposal which included a visit from their Project Consultant. He was very thorough explaining the entire process. He also provided us with excellent brochures and samples of various shingles to select.Once we signed up with Volpe, we got a call from their Project Manager who visited and set up a time and date schedule. He and his crew arrived as scheduled, including a trash dumpster. The installation took one long day. The crew was very well organized and professional. After installation, they did an extremely thorough cleaning. You would not have known anything was done, except we had a great looking new roof. We have already told several friends about the job including a strong recommendation for using Volpe.I know selecting contractors can be frustrating. This was not at all that way. Congratulation to the Volpe team on their process and particularly the Team that did our job.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Volpe. We had a major roof leak back in January when we were having all that heavy rain and our bedroom ceiling started bubbling from where the water was coming in. I called 10 roofing companies and the only one that could come out right away was Volpe. Jamie was fantastic from start to finish. She did the walk through, took pictures and showed me where the water was coming in. We went over all the options and she got someone out to put an emergency tarp up so we didn't get any more water in our bedroom ceiling. Once we got the logistics taken care of, Dennis took over and kept me in the loop the entire time. He came out to look at the roof and got us on the schedule quickly. Anytime something came up, he called/texted to let me know what they were doing and once the roof was done he made the guys come back and fix a few cosmetic issues that he didn't like the looks of. The crew that put the roof on was great! Ronal and his guys showed up and two days later we had a beautiful new roof! They were fast and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. There were no nails or old shingles anywhere to be found other than in the dumpster. overall, it was a great experience and I'd highly recommend them if you need any work done.

After several visits to our home by prior contractors, Dennis was able to ultimately identify the source of the original roof damage, which previously had led to extensive interior leakage. Volpe was not only able to correctly identify that problem source, but recommend a course of action that was sure to cure the issue and prevent any more issues for the life of the home. Not only did Volpe successfully identify and fix the problem, but even came back in repeated efforts to make sure that the course of action taken, was indeed proper, and held up to subsequent strong weather. I had a great experience with Volpe. From the start, Mike put an estimate together and had it to me that same day. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. 2 days later, Project Manager Dennis stopped by my house and confirmed measurements and shingle color. Before I know it, Jose and his crew were at my house ripping the roof. Not only was the crew professional and courteous, they were very clean and treated my property like their own. I wish I could give more stars! Volpe replaced my roof and gutters. The roof looks fantastic, we went with “Moire Black” and couldn’t be happier! Jason the job site mgr and his crew who replaced my roof were top notch! But Jamie and Dennis are the two people that really made Volpe a 5-star experience.Jamie, our sales rep, was diligent, helpful, honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and has an incredible work ethic. They were the only one of 3 quotes we received that went inside the attic. This diligence during the initial quote process prepared us for the added cost of the board replacement we would need, rather than giving a low quote and then shocking us with a large change increase after the project started. Jamie stayed with us through the entire process even after we signed the contract. They were always available to answer my questions any time. If more salespeople were like Jamie, maybe we homeowners wouldn’t dread the quote process. We hope to work with Jaime on future projects.Dennis, our roof project manager, was diligent, friendly, honest, extremely detail oriented, has a high expectation of what and how the work should be done, had great communication skills, and even jumped in when there were issues with the gutter install even though that was managed by a different pm. (I will be contacting Volpe directly regarding our gutter project manager directly as one bad apple shouldn’t ruin the bunch, but I will say if assigned Mike as the PM ask for someone else.) Dennis worked closely with me to ensure I was happy with the finished product. He is one in a million. I wish we could bottle his work ethic and care of the customer and give it to every contractor we ever deal with. I cannot recommend him enough for a roofing project.To be honest, Volpe was not the cheapest quote, but the product and service I received from both Jamie and Dennis made it worth every penny!

Believe it it or not I got in contact with Bryan Fink from Volpe about the siding for my house via a local neighborhood FB group. We just purchased our home in June and we were thinking about replacing our roof and siding. Bryan was great to work with, very informative, answered all of our questions and overall super friendly. We liked how he was not pushy and not pressuring us on either project. Once he gave us the information and the competitive pricing, we were sold.Glen was the project manager for our roof and it came out great. There was a hiccup with it a few months later but it was fixed quickly with no other issues.The siding took more time to finish since it was a bigger project but Steve was the project manager. He was great to work with, always gave us updates on the progress of the work and made sure to address all of our questions and issues from the beginning to the end. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and followed through on all they promised. Thanks for a great experience and we will definitely use Volpe again for future projects!

Volpe just put a new shingled roof as well as a stunning metal roof on our 200 yr old farmhouse. The project Consultant Jamie Rickert was beyond amazing. She's extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. Project manager Steve Zangari and Jason did a beautiful job on the shingled roof which included some attic beam replacement. Mike Cassidy installed all new gutters on the house and Project manager Dennis Flanagan handled the new metal porch roof.That roof is stunning! Dennis even removed a basketball net that had been cemented into the ground for us! All in all, everyone involved in this project was amazing and went well above and beyond for us! Our farmhouse is 200 yrs old and we strive to keep it as original as possible. Jamie and everyone who worked on our home did everything to fulfill that goal! You are ALL amazing and I won't trust my home to anyone but Volpe! Thank you all so much! You are all incredibly talented at your jobs!
