I was thinking about getting a new sliding glass door. I called Volpe and made an appointment for someone from their company to take a look. Mason came out to take measurements. Mason was a knowledgeable and warm young man. He even took the time to look at a window just installed. He explained the... inconsistencies that have to do with the installation. We just had a wonderful experience with Kevin at Volpe Enterprises. We had our gutters replaced along with gutter guards added, new fascia and hidden vents replaced. The communication and over site from Kevin was excellent and the crew that did the install was timely, and polite. We used Volpe for a large, months-long job that included a stucco rip, re-siding with Hardie board, and the construction of a portico at the front door. While the amount of moving pieces was initially overwhelming, project manager Kevin kept everything running smoothly. In the first day of the... stucco rip, the team discovered a wall with significant water damage. We were afraid the entire exterior would need to be replaced given the findings on the first day (thankfully wasn’t the case!). Kevin and his team went above and beyond to make sure our forever home was safe and beautiful!The workers were respectful of the property and kept things tidy. The finished product was amazing. Our house looked completely transformed and the quality of the work was topnotch. The siding crew even were on the ladders during an earthquake! (Thankfully no injuries or damage).We are so happy with our “new” home and would not hesitate to call Volpe (and Kevin!) again for any other home remodeling projects.read more

Volpe recently did a bedroom and office addition above our garage, and we are very pleased with the work. Our Project manager Lee was very responsive to questions and frequently was at the job site to oversee the process. We encountered obstacles and revisions to the original plan and Volpe was... able to incorporate new ways to accomplish the result we wanted. All the other leads from Charley, Eli, Rich and Ron kept quality in mind, answered my many questions, and kept me informed of what was happening, and what to expect coming up. The quality of their work is great, with very good attention to detail. Overall I am very satisfied with the work that was done.read more

Upon recommendation of my neighbor, I chose to do business with Volpe. I received what I believe is a fair price for the work completed - a new roof, siding, gutters and fascia. They performed the work that they committed to in the contract, followed up after completion to make sure I was... satisfied, and have again committed to some minor changes that we mutually agreed were required. The work is very well done. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. My thanks to Raul and Johnny for their excellent workmanship, and to Josh, Greg, Denise and Larry for making the project proceed as smoothly as possible.read more

On a 1-5 scale, 5 being the best, materials were a 4, which was expected since I picked the materials. A 5 would have been the most high end material which wasn't appropriate for this job (for example, marble tops would have been high end, and costly). Workmanship was a 4.5. Overall, they did a... good job, but I needed them to fix a couple issues I wanted done better, which they improved. Interaction was a 5 as the project manager listened to my concerns from ongoing scheduling issues, approaches to things that were discovered during construction, and other issues; then acted on every one of them to my satisfaction, insuring no added costs. Up front work (i.e., getting details and costs worked out before starting the work) was done thoroughly and rates a 5. Up front work and project manager satisfaction (as well as meeting or nearly meeting expected schedule) are important areas that separate Volpe from less expensive contractors, but I feel is completely worth it to get a quality job that meets my functional expectation, at a price I'm expecting ... and avoids headaches. Overall, I give them a 4.5 rating.read more

Anthony came out on a Saturday on short notice to diagnose a roof leak. He found the issue promptly and implemented a short-term solution on the spot to prevent further interior water damage and ensure he had found the cause of the problem. Throughout his visit he was professional, courteous,... communicative, and patiently answered all my questions. This was my first interaction with anyone from Volpe and he made a great first impression. I’ll definitely be using Volpe in the future.read more

We recently got some roof work done and the service was fantastic all around. Nick was very helpful from the sales side setting clear expectations and explaining everything. Greg with the roofing team was also great in continuous followup and clear communication. The roofing team did wonderful work... in the heat as well and we are very happy with the finished job. EDIT: After this review, Phil contacted us and was very apologetic about the situation. Volpe offered to redo the entire job to what was originally promised. Communication was great, they did great work, and cleaned the work area very well after they were done. They went the extra mile to make the... situation right.__________________We contracted Volpe to add vented soffits to our home.Nick came out to scope out the work that would need to be done and provide an initial estimate. He was very thorough and got the estimate over quickly. We signed and paid the deposit (Jun 1) and that was just about the end of any positives.June 5th, we got a call from a project manager stating that they would come out to take a look at everything and go over a plan. That never happened.By June 24th I was wondering what was going on or maybe they were just backed up (which is no big deal) and got a response that someone would be in touch about the project shortly. That again never happened.By this point it was July 10th, and after another email, the project manager finally called the next day to schedule the work.We were told initially when the consultant came out to do the initial quote that the old soffits would be removed, instead while the guys were doing the work I noticed they were just drilling holes in the existing wood soffits for airflow. The response I got "was well it wasn't in the contract to remove them". That whole misunderstanding could've been avoided with some simple communication on their part before the project even started.Lastly, after the job there was trash, nails, and pieces of cut soffit left around the work area (part of which you can see in the pictures) which I was basically left to clean up myself.There was also 0 followup from anyone at the company, other than the invoice being sent.This company was higher priced than other local companies. They will make a good initial impression but once they lock in the job were extremely subpar between the lack of communication and cleanup. Hopefully this isn't how all jobs go, but based on my experience I would not use them again.read more

I'd highly recommend Volpe for your next roof or siding project. They just finished my house up (roof, siding and gutters) and it looks awesome. They weren't the cheapest, but you don't want cheap or you get a cheap outcome... you want fair. I felt that Volpe was fair with their pricing and their... quality/customer service was top notch. The team was great to work with and I've already given their number to a few neighbors who have commented on their work.Call Larry Angelucci (sales) and let him know you want Kevin Thompson (Siding) and Steve Zangari (Roofing) on your project. All 3 had great follow up. Larry was direct and supportive through the bid process, didn't oversell or add pressure but was able to answer every question and work with me for the right price/solution. Kevin and Steve both were extremely responsive during the projects through email, calls and texts. They kept me up to date with each step and worked really well with each other which was huge for making the project smooth for me. Can't recommend them enough.5 starsread more

We could not be happier with the work done by Volpe on our house. A renovation project is never convenient when you need to live and work out of your home, but they made it as hassle-free as possible.Michael F helped us out at the beginning to conduct the estimations and walkthroughs for both the... interior and exterior portions of our project. He was very communicative and listened to our needs throughout the project.Phil M ran the exterior portion of the project (multiple window replacements), communicated throughout the initial process to let us know the status of orders and when things would start. He also validated we were happy with the work throughout the installation.Mitchell - the project manager - worked with us the day(s) of the window installation to communicate which windows would be addressed first which helped us manage work calls and our dog/cat while we were in the house. He made sure we were happy with the work and communicated all information we needed to know.Nick, Alex, and Nariman installed the windows themselves. They did a great job on everything working both on a Friday and on Saturday to make sure everything was finished. They kept the site very clean and were very easy to work with throughout the process. They were kind enough to point out a few shingles that needed repair and Chris repaired those while the windows were being completed.Jake P was the project manager for our interior project (full attic renovation, drywall and baseboard installation in two rooms, door replacements, amount other things). Honestly I wish I could get him to project manage other areas of my life since he made everything very easy. He handled all scheduling, communication with us, and the various contractors necessary to complete the work. He helped us manage our WFH schedule and the pets throughout the project which made things much easier.Dan and Dexter were the main people who worked on the interior project. They must be wizards since they worked some sort of magic on the attic itself and we could not be happier with the results. They were extremely clean, friendly, and communicative throughout the process. We also loved the experience with the external contractors - all were great and communicative - especially Cam from Proper Painting LLC.We would happily work with Volpe in the future and are already making our list of the next home improvement projects - they will be our first call.read more

I recently did bathrooms renovations using Volpe Enterprises, inc. I am very satisfied with results. This was not my first project with this company. The reason I value them is because they are timely, respectful, and responsive. They take you through the process from design to completion with full... transparency and accurate schedule.Eda, who was the designer on my project, helped me select materials that I had in mind, did numerous rendering to help me visualize end results, showing and dropping samples to make sure I am fully involved in the process.Jake P planned 1.5 months process flawlessly. The project was completed on time and under budget. He was checking on the progress daily and kept me updated through the day if needed. He personally was rolling his sleeves when the team needed help.Lead Forman Tylor L. Is perfectionist and was spending time correcting stuff that I was not even noticing. He was a pleasure to interact with - always respectful and with the smile. I could completely trust him to do the right thing.I am working from home with high number of remote video meetings. Volpe Enterprises, a local company, was highly recommended by a friend and neighbor who used them to put on a new roof. We got a proposal which included a visit from their Project Consultant. He was very thorough explaining the entire process. He also provided us with excellent brochures and... samples of various shingles to select.Once we signed up with Volpe, we got a call from their Project Manager who visited and set up a time and date schedule. He and his crew arrived as scheduled, including a trash dumpster. The installation took one long day. The crew was very well organized and professional. After installation, they did an extremely thorough cleaning. You would not have known anything was done, except we had a great looking new roof. We have already told several friends about the job including a strong recommendation for using Volpe.I know selecting contractors can be frustrating. This was not at all that way. We used Volpe Enterprises, Inc. to check a clogged gutter. They were quick to respond and set up an appointment. The gentleman showed me a picture of the clog and then went to work to clear it for us. We were extremely pleased with their quick response and results!

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Volpe. We had a major roof leak back in January when we were having all that heavy rain and our bedroom ceiling started bubbling from where the water was coming in. I called 10 roofing companies and the only one that could come out right... away was Volpe. Jamie was fantastic from start to finish. She did the walk through, took pictures and showed me where the water was coming in. We went over all the options and she got someone out to put an emergency tarp up so we didn't get any more water in our bedroom ceiling. Once we got the logistics taken care of, Dennis took over and kept me in the loop the entire time. He came out to look at the roof and got us on the schedule quickly. Anytime something came up, he called/texted to let me know what they were doing and once the roof was done he made the guys come back and fix a few cosmetic issues that he didn't like the looks of. The crew that put the roof on was great! Ronal and his guys showed up and two days later we had a beautiful new roof! They were fast and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. There were no nails or old shingles anywhere to be found other than in the dumpster. overall, it was a great experience and I'd highly recommend them if you need any work done.read more

UPDATE: Volpe came by and really looked for the issue we have had. They sured some things up and said to call them whether it leaks again or if what they did worked and it doesn't. They want to rectify the issue. Fingers crossed. I appreciate that they seemed to take the time to make this... right.Volpe did our roof 6 years ago and we have had a leak since. When I notified volpe they came out and said it's not roof. 17 years and no leak. Roof replaced. Leak for last 6 years. Weird timing is what volpe is telling me. I can only imagine the damage done by this leak. Other neighbors have had similar issues with volpe. I won't let them near my home again.read more

After several visits to our home by prior contractors, Dennis was able to ultimately identify the source of the original roof damage, which previously had led to extensive interior leakage. Volpe was not only able to correctly identify that problem source, but recommend a course of action that was... sure to cure the issue and prevent any more issues for the life of the home. Not only did Volpe successfully identify and fix the problem, but even came back in repeated efforts to make sure that the course of action taken, was indeed proper, and held up to subsequent strong weather. I wish I could give more stars! Volpe replaced my roof and gutters. The roof looks fantastic, we went with “Moire Black” and couldn’t be happier! Jason the job site mgr and his crew who replaced my roof were top notch! But Jamie and Dennis are the two people that really made Volpe a 5-star... experience.Jamie, our sales rep, was diligent, helpful, honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and has an incredible work ethic. They were the only one of 3 quotes we received that went inside the attic. This diligence during the initial quote process prepared us for the added cost of the board replacement we would need, rather than giving a low quote and then shocking us with a large change increase after the project started. Jamie stayed with us through the entire process even after we signed the contract. They were always available to answer my questions any time. If more salespeople were like Jamie, maybe we homeowners wouldn’t dread the quote process. We hope to work with Jaime on future projects.Dennis, our roof project manager, was diligent, friendly, honest, extremely detail oriented, has a high expectation of what and how the work should be done, had great communication skills, and even jumped in when there were issues with the gutter install even though that was managed by a different pm. (I will be contacting Volpe directly regarding our gutter project manager directly as one bad apple shouldn’t ruin the bunch, but I will say if assigned Mike as the PM ask for someone else.) Dennis worked closely with me to ensure I was happy with the finished product. He is one in a million. I wish we could bottle his work ethic and care of the customer and give it to every contractor we ever deal with. I cannot recommend him enough for a roofing project.To be honest, Volpe was not the cheapest quote, but the product and service I received from both Jamie and Dennis made it worth every penny!read more

My husband and I had a positive experience from beginning to end with Volpe Enterprises. Our initial meeting with a company representative went very well. Devin was punctual, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The windows were delivered within the time frame promised, and the team that came to... install them (led by Nick) was very efficient and pleasant. They did a great job. Our project manager (Mitchell St. Louis) stayed involved throughout the process. He came to our house before the work started to make sure there wouldn't be a problem with our shades. While the windows were being installed, he also made an appearance to make sure everything was going well. After the project was completed, he paid us another visit to make sure we knew how to open, close, and maintain the windows. We had a slight mishap with the caulking (which was our fault) that had been expertly applied by the installers. Mitchell came back again and fixed it for us. Believe it it or not I got in contact with Bryan Fink from Volpe about the siding for my house via a local neighborhood FB group. We just purchased our home in June and we were thinking about replacing our roof and siding. Bryan was great to work with, very informative, answered all of our... questions and overall super friendly. We liked how he was not pushy and not pressuring us on either project. Once he gave us the information and the competitive pricing, we were sold.Glen was the project manager for our roof and it came out great. There was a hiccup with it a few months later but it was fixed quickly with no other issues.The siding took more time to finish since it was a bigger project but Steve was the project manager. He was great to work with, always gave us updates on the progress of the work and made sure to address all of our questions and issues from the beginning to the end. Volpe just put a new shingled roof as well as a stunning metal roof on our 200 yr old farmhouse. The project Consultant Jamie Rickert was beyond amazing. She's extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. Project manager Steve Zangari and Jason did a beautiful job on the shingled roof... which included some attic beam replacement. Mike Cassidy installed all new gutters on the house and Project manager Dennis Flanagan handled the new metal porch roof.That roof is stunning! Dennis even removed a basketball net that had been cemented into the ground for us! All in all, everyone involved in this project was amazing and went well above and beyond for us!
