It took a while for installation from the time we ordered but that is all forgotten. The project manager (Mitchel), the installers (Milos and his partner - name is escaping me!) were awesome. They cared about the end product, made sure we were comfortable with the work, and went above and beyond... in providing their service. We are very grateful. We are extremely happy with our end result. I love the framing that was suggested around our siding by our sales person, it really makes our siding look high end. I also like the black shutters that our project manager, Josh, recommended. Jonny and Leo, the workers, were very talented and the job... is well done. The only complaint I have is it took about 4 months to come in. I think it was in part, due to a project manager initially assigned, changed departments and our siding was backordered and communication fell short. Once Josh took over managing our project communication was great. He was customer satisfaction focused, did a thorough walk through and addressed any questions right away. I would definitely hire Volpe again for work on our home.read more

I had a wonderful experience with the company' s staff and finished work product. They installed a new attic fan for me without having to enter my house. They did it directly going onto the roof.The technicians were professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. They were also... very reasonably priced. I’ve been burned by a few contractors in the past and wanted to go with a “household name.” After pricing several well reputed companies, Volpe offered the best value for my money on the overall project. For that reason alone I would have been satisfied with the execution of the contract. What... really compelled me to write a review though was the excellent support I received from our project manager Gregory. He was educated on roofing and motivated to support us as the customer, not just book a sale. His team worked their butts off and finished our detached garage roof in a couple days. Gregory was communicative and transparent throughout the entire process and we will definitely be calling him when we’re ready to replace the roof on the main house. Thank you Gregory!read more

During the wind/rainstorm we had last week, our rain gutter was damaged. I'm retired and my wife no longer wants me to climb a ladder to the roof. So, I called Volpe Enterprises and scheduled a repair. I used them a few years ago to repair some roof damage and they did an excellent job. I contacted... them, spoke to a very nice lady, and arranged to have the gutter repaired today.Dan D. arrived at the scheduled time. I can best describe Dan in 2 words. Professional and Polite. He introduced himself and we looked at what was required and then he went to work.When he was done, Dan explained what he did for the repair. He also made sure that there was no other damage prior to finishing.This was my second experience with Volpe, and I know I would use them for bigger projects.read more

A team of experts who could guide us from ideas to a finished product. Remodeling a home is no easy feat. It was 10 months of planning followed by 4 months... of construction. During the design phase we felt like we had a partner who had our best interests at heart. They took the time to learn about our home, our family, and what we were looking for. They not only did this, but improved upon it by leveraging their industry expertise. It seemed like our theme for the project was, "How can we do more with our space?" A great example of this was constructing built-in drawers to create more space in our bedrooms. We no longer need bulky dressers or armoires for storing our clothing.I feel the greatest value gained from Volpe Enterprises is the excellent customer service and warranty. We were never in the dark. Their team was fully transparent and we knew the status of the project at every phase. No house is perfect and it is very comforting to know that they stand by their word and their work. A few months ago, I had Volpe Enterprise come out to fix a leak on my roof. Anthony Powell and Kevin Thompson made sure my roof was patched quickly, preventing any further damage to my home’s interior. Since I had a great experience, I called Kevin Thompson again to inquire about replacing an old... sliding glass door. Everyone I spoke with, including Kevin, JR, Glen, and John, was prompt, professional, and answered any questions I had throughout the process. Or first experience using Volpe was a great one! Erica came prepared to our home with samples of the siding & shutters we were interested in, took measurements & other information. Kevin then visited and went over all aspects of the job & kept us informed throughout with visits, phone calls and... timing. Victor & Paul were the best skilled workers & spent some of the coldest days in December & January completing the tasks. Danny came in an emergency to reattach an existing older rain gutter that came off in the forceful winds we had in February. He reinforced it well. Isabella & Rebecca were very helpful on the office calls. We are very appreciative and thankful for the great TEAM we had on our project! I first meet Kevin at a home show in Valley Forge. I was looking to have my roof replaced and Volpe seemed like the best choice. They did an amazing job replacing my roof. It was a no brainer to have them replace my old aluminum siding with vinyl. They did another amazing job. The quote they gave... was not only a bargain, it was what I paid. Kevin, the project manager, keep in constant communication with me. Even with the for, he answered my texts about little concerns I had. Kevin was absolutely fantastic and made sure to let me know that if I have any problems he’s the man to contact. My house looks phenomenal. I have nothing but great things to say about Volpe. The last big project I’m planning on doing is an addition. Volpe will also be my go to on that. One more thing, they cleaned up so well at the end of the project, you couldn’t even tell they were there. Do yourself a favor try Volpe. This is my second experience with Volpe - first to replace my pitched roof and now both flat roofs. Both times, the experience was positive. I have used Volpe for several projects now and they have all gone very well. This latest project was a flat roof replacement that included removing several layers of old material before installing the new materials. Greg Karch and team did an excellent job. The installation was smooth and they did... a great job cleaning things up afterwards. ***UPDATED 2.5.2025*****This is my updated review**Our kitchen/dining room is complete, and we unequivocally would recommend Volpe!Our project manager, Chuck Regan, went above expectations along with his team! We had an issue with our floor at NO fault at all of Volpe or the workers, and Chuck... stayed on top of the issue until it was completely resolved. I can not say enough about how fantastic Chuck and his team are. Charlie, Jimmy & Jason's skills showed with the flawless workmanship..Jason (with some help from Jimmy) installed a whole new floor..Jason's meticulous work shows the moment you walk into our home..All the workers are kind, considerate, and take much pride in their work. They made sure the rest of our home was covered to the best of their ability and clean up was done after each visit..If you decide to use Volpe, I would absolutely ask for Chuck and his team! We hope to use Volpe in the near future..The showroom is very nice and we've decided to use their services for a whole new kitchen/dining room complete reno..I feel a little like the communication hasn't been the best..I would think we'd get an email/call here and there saying where things are, what they're still working on etc..instead we've had to reach out and say "hey just wanted to touch base, how's it going"..and this is waiting on the design work we were waiting for..Im wondering how the communication will be once the works starts..im staying hopeful! Excellent service, quality craftsmanship, fair price for a job well done. Most recently I called Volpe when it was time to replace my roof and gutters. After bidding out to 2 other local companies with good reputations, the Volpe quote was slightly higher but well in line with the other bids.... Having used Volpe twice before, I knew that their excellent service was worth the marginal difference. Set-up to clean up, executed perfectly by a workforce that has worked for Volpe for years, decades in many cases.A+ for Volpe staffers, from Larry Angelucci at the start of the project, Dan DiTillo and Gregory Karch through its completion.A+ for the crews on site for their professionalism and efficient work.read more

Jake and the team at Volpe performed a bathroom remodel at my mother's house in Ambler this past fall. I knew from the initial consultation meeting that they were going to get the job done right, the first time, and on-time! Jake carries himself in a very professional manner and his communication... skills are exemplary. I was constantly updated with any changes in schedule and concealed issues found during demolition were handled immediately. I had a small roof leak, and called Volpe to come and take a look. Dan and Danny came and did an incredibly thorough inspection of the roof from the interior and the attic. They couldn't get on the roof (third story) that day because of extremely high winds, so they came back the very next day,... as promised, to complete the evaluation and were able to remedy the issue on the spot. They listened to my concerns patiently and were genuinely interested in finding the root of the problem. I will definitely call Volpe again with any home repair needs that I have. It is so hard to find a contractor who listens, cares, and does a thorough job nowadays. I truly feel like i found a unicorn with Volpe. 10/10 - highly recommend Volpe and Dan and Danny.read more

We have been Volpe customers since 2011 and keep coming back! The combination of their quality, craftsmanship, project management, and design capabilities simply cannot be found anywhere else!Our house built in 1985 was a "fixer-upper" when we moved to Montgomery County in 2008, and Volpe has... made it new again, adding a front porch, fiber-cement siding, windows, roof, soffit, fascia and gutters. And, just this past year they converted the former 2-car garage into a brand-new master suite with a new garage added onto the rear of the structure.We highly recommend Volpe and would give them 10-stars if it was possible.read more

Brian Daugherty from sales sent me a quote that was 4x the price it should have been because he wanted to replace every shingle on three roof slopes despite minimal damage to two slopes and minimal visibility to the street. This was predatory behavior and likely BBB claim worthy.After I got a... ballpark price from my insurance company (~$2300 vs Volpe's initial $14,000), he then sent me a second quote but "forgot" to add SHINGLES to the second ROOFING quote until after I signed it. That second quote just happened to be close to the insurance company estimate after multiple rounds of back and forth. He's either incompetent (roof repairs need shingles) or lied to me (intentionally omitting a large material cost to get the 'bite' quote near the insurance estimate).I've used Volpe three times now and twice I've felt lied to by sales. I really need to find an alternative to Volpe and cannot recommend. Overall the quality of work has been pretty good though which is why I'm giving three stars and not less.read more

We hired Volpe to do siding work on our house and replace the porch posts. Kevin was our project manager and he was great! He was easy to talk to and very organized and detailed. The job took 4 days and Kevin communicated updates and job progress to us at the end of each day. Paul and Victor did an... amazing job. Recently had my roof done. I am in the renovation business and I am truly impressed. First, they had the proper insurance to protect my family from being responsible for accidents. The Rep. Jeremy was knowledgeable personable and responsive through out the process. The project manager Gregory was... on point! He oversaw every detail and gave excellent instruction to the crew. He even followed up with me after the project. The detail oriented crew was made of highly skilled athletes that worked diligently. We've recently had our windows replaced by Volpe Enterprise, Inc. and the 3 men crew were very professional, quality workmanship and on time each morning. In 2 1/2 days, they were able to replace total of 25 original Anderson Windows to OKNA DH500 double hung brand. We are very pleased with the... results and windows look great! Special thanks to Mitch for overseeing the project and taking time to thoroughly test each window during the final walkthrough inspection. He was very detail oriented and made our experience a good one! We finally decided to replace our siding after wind damage from the summer was the last straw for the original siding and we saw an offer for 3 years 0% financing. The process was very easy and the quote was in line with a second quote we had done. Kevin kept in touch during the whole process and... the team was able to start a few weeks sooner than expected. Armando's team did a wonderful job! They worked very hard everyday and had the job done in 6 days. They allotted the last half hour of each day to cleanup so the yard was neat and free from debris without the need for a dumpster. The trash was picked up each day and taken away by a Volpe truck.read more

What a wonderful experience we had with Volpe in creating our new bathroom. It started with a pre construction conference with Heath that explained how the process worked.Then we moved on to meet up with our design consultant, Charlene Nevarez. Who came up with a layout followed by helping us pick... out tiles, cabinetry, and fixtures.Overseeing the whole project and keeping everything running smoothly was Tylor Lowery. I always know that their workmanship will be excellent with no worries of problems afterwards. Today... their representative A. Powell met with me. He is a wonderful asset for Volpe Roofing. Professional and outstanding customer skills. He agreed to fix my roof issue while he was here. "What company does that?" If you are in need of roofing work I recommend Volpe Roofing for your job. We had a great experience with Volpe finishing our basement. Jill provided an initial estimate for our project and listened to our ideas for the space. She worked with us to keep the project within our budget while meeting all of our needs. Our designer, Erin, brought our vision to life and helped... us coordinate paint, flooring, railings, and other details to tie the look together. Her renderings were great and the space looks better than we could have hoped for.Our project manager, Kyle, communicated effectively and kept us informed of the timeline. Taylor Garmon from Volpe came to my home this am for a consultation regarding an issue with my homeowners insurance (roof). He was prompt, professional and very friendly. He patiently spoke with me about my issue and did a thorough roof inspection at No Charge to me! We recently hired Volpe to remodel our kitchen, replace the flooring on our first floor, and update our powder room, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From the start, their pricing was fair—not the most expensive but also not the cheapest. We felt we received great value for the work... done.In terms of timeline, they estimated the project would take up to 8 weeks, but they finished everything in just over 6! That was massive for us, as we have 5 kids and were ecstatic to get our space back. I feel like a company coming in under timeline for a major project like that is unheard of these days. We also heard horror stories from others about kitchen renovations going way over budget, but we didn’t experience that at all. Aside from small updates we decided to make along the way, there were no unexpected charges, which was a huge relief.Special shout-outs to Kyle Robey who kept us informed through the whole process, Eda our designer who knew my vision for the kitchen better than I did, our foreman, Dan G, and his helper, Dexter who were both incredibly professional and detail-oriented. Everyone’s hard work and dedication really showed in the final result.Overall, we had an excellent experience with Volpe, and we will definitely be using them again for our next remodeling project. We used Volpe for a large, months-long job that included a stucco rip, re-siding with Hardie board, and the construction of a portico at the front door. While the amount of moving pieces was initially overwhelming, project manager Kevin kept everything running smoothly. In the first day of the... stucco rip, the team discovered a wall with significant water damage. We were afraid the entire exterior would need to be replaced given the findings on the first day (thankfully wasn’t the case!). Kevin and his team went above and beyond to make sure our forever home was safe and beautiful!The workers were respectful of the property and kept things tidy. The finished product was amazing. Our house looked completely transformed and the quality of the work was topnotch. The siding crew even were on the ladders during an earthquake! Volpe recently did a bedroom and office addition above our garage, and we are very pleased with the work. Our Project manager Lee was very responsive to questions and frequently was at the job site to oversee the process. We encountered obstacles and revisions to the original plan and Volpe was... able to incorporate new ways to accomplish the result we wanted. All the other leads from Charley, Eli, Rich and Ron kept quality in mind, answered my many questions, and kept me informed of what was happening, and what to expect coming up. Upon recommendation of my neighbor, I chose to do business with Volpe. I received what I believe is a fair price for the work completed - a new roof, siding, gutters and fascia. On a 1-5 scale, 5 being the best, materials were a 4, which was expected since I picked the materials. A 5 would have been the most high end material which wasn't appropriate for this job (for example, marble tops would have been high end, and costly). Workmanship was a 4.5. Overall, they did a... good job, but I needed them to fix a couple issues I wanted done better, which they improved. Interaction was a 5 as the project manager listened to my concerns from ongoing scheduling issues, approaches to things that were discovered during construction, and other issues; then acted on every one of them to my satisfaction, insuring no added costs. Up front work (i.e., getting details and costs worked out before starting the work) was done thoroughly and rates a 5. Up front work and project manager satisfaction (as well as meeting or nearly meeting expected schedule) are important areas that separate Volpe from less expensive contractors, but I feel is completely worth it to get a quality job that meets my functional expectation, at a price I'm expecting ... and avoids headaches. Overall, I give them a 4.5 rating.read more

Anthony came out on a Saturday on short notice to diagnose a roof leak. He found the issue promptly and implemented a short-term solution on the spot to prevent further interior water damage and ensure he had found the cause of the problem. Throughout his visit he was professional, courteous,... communicative, and patiently answered all my questions. EDIT: After this review, Phil contacted us and was very apologetic about the situation. Volpe offered to redo the entire job to what was originally promised. Communication was great, they did great work, and cleaned the work area very well after they were done. They went the extra mile to make the... situation right.__________________We contracted Volpe to add vented soffits to our home.Nick came out to scope out the work that would need to be done and provide an initial estimate. He was very thorough and got the estimate over quickly. We signed and paid the deposit (Jun 1) and that was just about the end of any positives.June 5th, we got a call from a project manager stating that they would come out to take a look at everything and go over a plan. That never happened.By June 24th I was wondering what was going on or maybe they were just backed up (which is no big deal) and got a response that someone would be in touch about the project shortly. That again never happened.By this point it was July 10th, and after another email, the project manager finally called the next day to schedule the work.We were told initially when the consultant came out to do the initial quote that the old soffits would be removed, instead while the guys were doing the work I noticed they were just drilling holes in the existing wood soffits for airflow. The response I got "was well it wasn't in the contract to remove them". That whole misunderstanding could've been avoided with some simple communication on their part before the project even started.Lastly, after the job there was trash, nails, and pieces of cut soffit left around the work area (part of which you can see in the pictures) which I was basically left to clean up myself.There was also 0 followup from anyone at the company, other than the invoice being sent.This company was higher priced than other local companies. They will make a good initial impression but once they lock in the job were extremely subpar between the lack of communication and cleanup. Hopefully this isn't how all jobs go, but based on my experience I would not use them again.read more

I'd highly recommend Volpe for your next roof or siding project. They just finished my house up (roof, siding and gutters) and it looks awesome. They weren't the cheapest, but you don't want cheap or you get a cheap outcome... you want fair. I felt that Volpe was fair with their pricing and their... quality/customer service was top notch. The team was great to work with and I've already given their number to a few neighbors who have commented on their work.Call Larry Angelucci (sales) and let him know you want Kevin Thompson (Siding) and Steve Zangari (Roofing) on your project. All 3 had great follow up. Larry was direct and supportive through the bid process, didn't oversell or add pressure but was able to answer every question and work with me for the right price/solution. Kevin and Steve both were extremely responsive during the projects through email, calls and texts. They kept me up to date with each step and worked really well with each other which was huge for making the project smooth for me. Can't recommend them enough.5 starsread more

We could not be happier with the work done by Volpe on our house. A renovation project is never convenient when you need to live and work out of your home, but they made it as hassle-free as possible.Michael F helped us out at the beginning to conduct the estimations and walkthroughs for both the... interior and exterior portions of our project. He was very communicative and listened to our needs throughout the project.Phil M ran the exterior portion of the project (multiple window replacements), communicated throughout the initial process to let us know the status of orders and when things would start. He also validated we were happy with the work throughout the installation.Mitchell - the project manager - worked with us the day(s) of the window installation to communicate which windows would be addressed first which helped us manage work calls and our dog/cat while we were in the house. He made sure we were happy with the work and communicated all information we needed to know.Nick, Alex, and Nariman installed the windows themselves. They did a great job on everything working both on a Friday and on Saturday to make sure everything was finished. They kept the site very clean and were very easy to work with throughout the process. They were kind enough to point out a few shingles that needed repair and Chris repaired those while the windows were being completed.Jake P was the project manager for our interior project (full attic renovation, drywall and baseboard installation in two rooms, door replacements, amount other things). Honestly I wish I could get him to project manage other areas of my life since he made everything very easy. He handled all scheduling, communication with us, and the various contractors necessary to complete the work. He helped us manage our WFH schedule and the pets throughout the project which made things much easier.Dan and Dexter were the main people who worked on the interior project. They must be wizards since they worked some sort of magic on the attic itself and we could not be happier with the results. They were extremely clean, friendly, and communicative throughout the process. We also loved the experience with the external contractors - all were great and communicative - especially Cam from Proper Painting LLC.We would happily work with Volpe in the future and are already making our list of the next home improvement projects - they will be our first call.read more
